Goal
Requirement:
In the update preparer and requestor Process, as off now the "Person to Be Replaced" field defaults (Read Only) to the logged in user, but client wants an ability to change this value by selecting from a LOV.
Client wants to be able to change this field and update for others, not only themselves.
