Having built the OIC inbound integration to Oracle HCM, there is a requirement to decrypt the file in OIC.
Using the FTP adapter, it needs to be configured in the connection in FTP, but since the public key has been provided by the vendor, is it also necessary to get the private key from the Vendor or does Oracle generate that?
