Symptoms

When attempting to Create Accounting,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The Accounting date 31-AUG-18 is not in an open or a future enterable period.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer entries to GL.
