Symptoms

Oracle Autonomous Analytics Cloud Version : 18.2.1

Issue Seen : Login to dv url as a SSO User and try to do some tasks such as Creating New Project , Creating New Dataset etc. After few minutes of navigation you start seeing Connection Timed Out Error, 401 Unauthorized Error ,etc.

 

If the user logs back in it works fine for sometime but then start seeing same issue after few minutes.
This issue happens in both Chrome and IE.
Issue only happens when using SSO login. Normal direct IDCS User can use the application fine.
Added the IDCS URL to the Safe Domains list in OAAC/Console link but still see the issue.
