DIPC Agent "Connection Reset" Startup Error when Installed on AWS Cloud Environment

Symptoms
After installing and configuring a Data Integration Platform Cloud Classic (DIPC-C) in Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment, the following error is thrown during startup:
