Generate Receipt Advice and Changed Receipt Advice ESS not pulling the information from Promise date.  When changes on Promise Delivery date against PO line the Generate Changed Receipt Advice did not send the changes to external system.  When receiving the same PO line in UI the promise date is the due date, this is expected through Generate Changed Receipt Advice.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Generate Changed Receipt Advice ESS job should send the information of Promise date to external systems.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Created PO with no value in Promised delivery date.
2. Run ESS job “Generate Receipt Advice” to send the information to external system.  Review the response of “getReceiptAdviceDetails” from ReceiptAdviceService Webservice
3. Receive the above in UI and review the receipt due date
4. Now Add Promise date
5. Run ESS Job to send the PO changes “Generate Changed Receipt Advice”
Assumption: Generate Changed Receipt Advice not sending any updates on Promise date attribute to external system.
