Symptoms

Able to upload HACP Content and it is processing successfully and is active. But we are unable to preview/Play content.

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.  

Or Content opens the blank page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select content and then Preview button.
