Financial Reports Coming Back With No Data with Error "uploadDataToStandardCube: Error::Data is not loaded, because of missing dimension members" (Doc ID 2451690.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
All financial reports are coming back with all zeros for both (customer) primary ledger and (Customer) CA Primary Ledger (CAD).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Financial Reports should provide correct data in the results

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the application
  2. Navigator->Financial Reporting Center->Shared Folders-> Financial Reports->Custom Trial Balance Prod
  3. Run report.
  4. The report shows all zeroes
  5. Run the Transfer General Ledger Balances to Balance Cube process for both US and CA Ledger, process ends in error

 

 



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run financial reports in production and test pods. Multiple users are affected with no workaround.
