Logfire - Receive Cross Dock Function Does Not Work (Doc ID 2451730.1)

In Inbound ASN, Users perform function "RF - REV X Dock_SKU SCAN" (function no.1 on RF) for all IBPLN. However, one of the IBLPNs , users  are unable to transfer to outbound order and the LPN Status of that IBLPN is still displaying "Received", which mean it haven't yet completed the Cross Dock function.
As for those IBLPN which successfully completed the Cross Dock would change the status to "Consumed", and the same LPN Nbr would also be transferred to the OBLPN.
