Logfire - Receive Cross Dock Function Does Not Work

In Inbound ASN, there is an ASN which shipment Nbr#I-ZR-ID-WAP-2787.
We have perform function "RF - REV X Dock_SKU SCAN" (function no.1 on RF) for all IBPLN. However, one of the IBLPNs we are unable to transfer to outbound order.
And the LPN Status of that IBLPN is still displaying "Received", which mean it haven't yet completed the X Dock function.
As for those IBLPN which successfully completed the X Dock would change the status to "Consumed", and the same LPN# would also be transferring to the OBLPN.
What is wrong?
