No Subledger Journal Lines Exist On Inquire On Detail Balances (Doc ID 2453190.1)

Symptoms

We have a problem in Inquire on Detail Balances for some accounts that are imported from source '' Receivables '' as there are no sub ledger journal lines exist and because of that cannot drill down to the main transaction.
Also there are no balances for these accounts when trying to submit account analysis report although these accounts have balances in trial balance report ( Essbase Cube ).
