FA:SCM:MFG Error Message Keeps Popping Up When Editing Work Order Operation Resources (Doc ID 2453221.1)

Symptoms

After creating a Work Order in Manufacturing Organization, the customer want to edit the Operation Resources. While choosing the Resource Name, there is a error message "java.lang.NullPointerException" popping up. Although the customer could close the error, and still be able to do the following tasks but the error will keeps popping up.
