Symptoms

A Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is created for the Supplier External Bank Accounts Page but it is not displaying.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a DFF.
2. Deploy the DFF.
3. Go to Supplier External Bank Accounts Page.
4. DFF is not displayed.

Changes

Upgraded to Release 13 Version 18.02 (18A).
