Inventory Transaction Stuck in Manage Pending Transaction Screen With "Validated" Status : INV-241775 (Doc ID 2453853.1)

A transaction is stuck in the Pending transaction screen with status Validated - Ready to be processed.
Inventory ->Manage Pending transactions Screen -> Transaction Available in status 'validated'

When tried to 'Add to Process Schedule' , user receives message as "Atleast one of the selected transactions was not added to the process schedule(INV-241775)" . How to process this transaction ?
