On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Global Human Resources

Issue while changing Hire date of an employee

An employee has hire date of 04 OCT 2018 whose hire date has to be adjusted to 04 SEP 2018.
When I tried to do it using Manage Work Relationship and I got the errors
