IBLPN Not Updated to Lost Status in Picking Task (Doc ID 2455226.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When executing a picking task, user scans the Outbound Container (OBLPN) number, then presses CTRL+P to perform a Short Pick to the Inbound Container (IBLPN) but the IBLPN is not updated to 'Lost' status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When executing the Short Pick functionality while executing a picking task, the IBLPN should change it's status to 'Lost'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Handheld Pocket (RF).
2. Navigate to Execute Task transaction and open it.
3. Press CTRL+P and enter a picking task number.
4. Scan a blind OBLPN number.
5. Press CTRL+P to perform the Short Pick.
6. Press CTRL+A to confirm.
7. Go to IBLPN screen and search for the IBLPN that appeared in screen in step 5, it will be in status 'Located' instead of 'Lost'.
