Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Plans
When attempting to search by Category in "Supplies and Demands" in a Supply Plan,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data Searching without a Category does not cause the issue.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Plan
2. Goto Supplier and Demands table
3. Try to search by Category
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search by Category.
