On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Service Email

Unable to Find SR created with HR Employee

The employee can create SR but once it is created they cannot see the SR again . Why?

The Employee has below roles:
Employee
Resource
Z_HR_Helpdesk_SR_Create_Emp_Privileges
