Create Receipt Accounting Distribution errors with following error seen in log file. 



STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer running Create Receipt Accounting Distribution
2. Following error is seen in the logfile.
3. ESS Job Result: BP:ERROR: Process rolled back and aborted due to SQL Exception on CmrRcvPreProcessor/updateTrxTaxesActiveFlag: ORA-00001: unique constraint (FUSION.CMR_TRANSACTION_TAXES_U1) violated cmr preprocess failed due to an UnknownException.
