When attempting to change the values in fields for an already existing Opportunity (which has thrown "Opportunity duplicate name" error),
the same error, "Opportunity duplicate name" occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When a user creates an Opportunity, if he gets the "Opportunity duplicate name" error >
2. The user then tries to change the values in the fields that make up the opportunity name and is prompted with the same error "Opportunity duplicate name"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create opportunities that already received the "Opportunity duplicate name" error.
