Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Update bank branch name not working
while updating bank branch name, change bank branch name is not reflecting in UI & back end.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank branch name changes should be saved and reflect
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change the Bank Branch Name
2. Save the changes
3. System gives Sort code already exists, click OK to it says changes has been saved
4. Log and log in to review the changes made. Latest changes are not saved, system shows old details only.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make changes to the Bank Branch Name.
