Deploying ADF Application To JCS-SX Fails With Error "Element "/*:weblogic-application/*:module" not allowed" (Doc ID 2466121.1)

Symptoms

An application created in ADF using JDeveloper 11.1.1.9.0 uses a database table (Employees) which is created on an on-premise database. On an on-premise WebLogic Server installation, the application is working fine. However, when the application is deployed to Java Cloud Service SaaS Extension (JCS-SX), it gives an error:

The Employees table is also Present in the Cloud APEX Schema DB. Before deploying the application, the configuration of the Application Module is changed to refer to the database by a JNDI name that is created in JCS-SX.
