On : NA version, Identity Provisioning

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not able to assign users to Applications in IDCS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to adminConsole of IDCS. Applications --> Click Autoanalytics_workforiceanalyticsuatoac --> users --> Search for users. UI does not allow you search the users.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign other users to allow access
