Removing Delete Payables Invoice priviledge does not remove "X" from scanned invoices (Doc ID 2467682.1)

Symptoms

You have a custom role from which you have removed the privilege "Delete Payables Invoice".

Now it does not appear in the actions menu, however you can still see "X" below the scanned invoices and can still delete the incomplete scanned invoices.
