Goal

Oracle upgraded our prod environment to R13 18B over the weekend. After the upgrade, we noticed that Career Planning and Skills and Qualifications icons are missing.
Attached are the screenshots between 18A and 18B, 18A showing the icons and 18B missing the icons.

Please let us know how we can access these two sections going forward in 18B
