OCC platform generate different snapshots for different googlebot user agent (Doc ID 2468975.1)

Symptoms

When using googlebot via chrome browser open the site by the user agent Google Bot Smartphone, the site is loaded in the Desktop view. Because of this while rotating mobile device it breaks UI as it displays in desktop mode.

Changes

 Use googlebot via chrome browser for Desktop and Mobile views
