On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Benefits

When trying to enroll EE in the vision plan: Employee+Family+DP or DP Child, the following error is thrown:

The entry value does not exist in the lookup table. (PAY-1635169)
The entry value is validated by a lookup table, but the value (2.23) does not exist for lookup type PAY_TMPLT_ET_TIME_DEFINITION.
