Symptoms

When an employee attempts to add language skill, the following error occurs

ERROR
You must provide a value for the attribute level.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to About Me --> Skills and Qualifications --> Click on Edit, then add a language in the Languages content type.
2. Enter the language name manually in small letters.
3. Select Level and Evaluation Date.
4. Click on Submit button.
5. Error is given.
