Symptoms

 When attempting to open smartview report,
the following error occurs.

Error occurs: Essabse Error (1020051): Maximum Number of rows processed is 250000 exceeded 250001

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Smartview Report
2. Select the parameters and try to view the report output
