Fast formula to retrieve performance rating

We had to create a new performance document template this year and because of this, there is no performance history in the compensation worksheet anymore. Is there a way that I could retrieve the performance rating from the previous template? The new template has been assigned through the task Configure Performance Ratings.

Performance Templates:
Year-End Performance Review 2018 --- this is the new template we created for this year
Year-End Performance Review --- this is last years template which has performance rating history associated with it

How can I display the rating from the "IAMGOLD Year-End Performance Review" on the compensation worksheet?

Is there a fast formula that could do this? Or another method?
