Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers
When attempting to Create income statement,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

This combination cannot be used; it either does not exist, or using it here is not permitted.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to create income statement in period close GL dashboard
2. See error
3. Post journal with same code combination with no problems.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an income statement with that code combination.
