Unable To See The Payment Date On ACH Payments File (Doc ID 2476463.1)

Goal

We are generating a NACHA file for ACH Payments using the seeded template USNACHAPPD.rtf.

The seeded template is supposed to generate a data file with Payment Date included under 'BATCH_HEADER' for Record starting with '5', from position 64, under the tag 'InstructionGrouping/PaymentDate'. But this is not happening.
