Goal

How to correct the timetable for the scheduled publish jobs after the daylight saving time?

The daylight saving offset will occur when the scheduled job, which uses UTC time and not local time, is created before the daylight saving time change occurs, but it is not automatically adjusted when the daylight saving takes place.
