Label Designer Issues -- Not Able To Scan The Barcode Printed Using "Print {oblpn} Label" If The OBLPN Has Multiple Items (Doc ID 2479796.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
When trying to Scan the Label printed from OBLPN UI --> "Print {oblpn} Label" for the OBLPN with multiple Items, barcode was not able to scan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Regardless of number of Items in OBLPN, Barcode Should be Scan-able.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OBLPN UI
2. Select one OBLPN
3. Click on "Print {oblpn} Label" Button
4. Provide the Printer
5. When scanning the barcode from Label, nothing get scanned instead it shows "*".
