Goal

The default session timeout is 35 minutes. Changing the session timeout is not a self service action in the Cloud environment; therefore, a Service Request (SR) needs to be logged to request this modification be made. This document outlines what to do to change the session timeout for  Oracle Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Cloud Services.
