Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Contract Authoring

When attempting to create contract
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
QP-QP_PDP_SEGMENT_MATRIX_NOT_FOUND (QP--1)
QP-QP_PDP_SEGMENT_MATRIX_NOT_FOUND
Cause The message, QP-QP_PDP_SEGMENT_MATRIX_NOT_FOUND, can not be accessed.
Action Report this problem to an administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Log into Oracle Sales Cloud
Navigate to Contracts page
Create contract
Get error

QP-QP_PDP_SEGMENT_MATRIX_NOT_FOUND (QP--1)
QP-QP_PDP_SEGMENT_MATRIX_NOT_FOUND
Cause The message, QP-QP_PDP_SEGMENT_MATRIX_NOT_FOUND, can not be accessed.
Action Report this problem to an administrator.
