ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reconciled Transactions Report not showing drop down values for parameters 'Ledger' and 'Reconciliation Type'
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The LOVs should display all the ledgers , available on the data set selected in the first parameter of 'Data Access Set'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Scheduled Processes.
2. Search Reconciled Transactions Report >> Select the data access set.
3. The Ledger option will not give any drop down values.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
User is unable to run the report, for a specific ledger.
