On : N/A version, Financial Reporting and Analysis
When attempting to create a new batch in Oracle BI catalog, the following error occurs.
ERROR

Handler : 'com.hyperion.reporting.web.batch.HRBatchHandler not found for module with ID : reporting.batch
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Oracle BI
2. Navigate to File >> New >> Batch
3. Error occurs.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new batch in BI or create a batch scheduler.
