On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Project Costs-Allocate Project Costs

Users are trying to search expenditure items by Accounting period in 'Manage Project Costs' page.
Accounting Period LOV is not showing any value in the Manage Project costs search section.
Users are able to search the expenditure by selecting the operator as 'Starts with' and entering the value.
