Symptoms
We are in rel13 version of Oracle fusion applications in saas mode.
We are trying to back out a open life event to process term. Please find the attached screenshot for more details.
ERROR

The message is ORA-20001: The total percentage specified for this beneficiary type exceeds 100 percent. Details: The sum of all the participant's beneficiary designations for this plan must equal 100 percent. ORA-06512 at "FUSION.BEN_BACK_OUT_LIFE_EVENT", line 2459 ORA-06512: at line 1.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee receives a termination event after Open Enrollment Cycle
2. Attempt to void Open event to process term
3. Error is thrown.
