I am getting error when importing bank statements via spreadsheet

CeBankStmtLineInterface


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank statements should get imported

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Bank Statements in spread sheet
2. Import them in to system.
3. Requests ends in Error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Bank Statements via spreadsheet.
