Fusion Application - Global Payroll - Element Duration Dates Are Not In Sync with assignment Payroll dates (Doc ID 2483220.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For employees Element duration dates are not in sync with assignment Payroll dates.
Because of this majority earning elements have got an end-date 01-10-2018 and employee is not getting paid even though employee is active.

The employee is active and with open payroll and having LSED, LSPD, Final Close dates for Elements

*** Employee details were loaded using HDL.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Element duration should have only FSED not any other

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Payroll Relationship UI
2. Check Element Duration
