When trying to import the 'Manage Item Transaction Defaults' CSV setup data, the following error occurs:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to task: Manage Item Transaction Defaults
2. Click Actions / Import from CSV File
3. Note the Status: Completed with errors
