Goal

A Custom role has been created and assigned View Shipments privilege (WSH_VIEW_SHIPMENT_PRIV) which as per privilege description suggests the following, "Allows viewing shipment details. This privilege can be consumed by other products to view shipment details."

However, the custom role does not give ability to view shipments despite assigning this privilege.
