Symptoms
When making getOrder API calls, sometimes a null response is received.
For example:
/ccadmin/v1/orders returns null
/ccadmin/v1/orders?limit=11 returns the expected results.
/ccadmin/v1/orders?limit=12 returns null
/ccadmin/v1/orders?limit=138&q=state = "SUBMITTED" and organization.id = "100002" - returns the expected results.
/ccadmin/v1/orders?limit=139&q=state = "SUBMITTED" and organization.id = "100002" - returns null
