Symptoms

After upgrade to Rel 13 18C (11.13.18.10.0), when open the Supplier Registration URL
to register, receive an error.

Due to this issue, users cannot register new Supplier.

Error

Mac check in GCM failed.


Steps To Reproduce 
1. Click on external "Spend Authorized Supplier Registration URL"
 

 


Changes

 Upgrade to Rel 13 18C (11.13.18.10.0)
