ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When searching for a user in Identify Resources, the search returns no results.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting the user to be found in the Identify Resources search.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Resource Directory
3. From the Tasks, select Identify Resources
4. Search for Person Name and Usage; the person is not returned in the search results
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make the user a resource.
