Bank Statement File parse error - CE_BS_FILE_PARSE_ERROR: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>CE-660228</NUMBER><TEXT> (Doc ID 2485217.1)

Symptoms

Cannot import bank statements.

It is a BAI2.

We are running the "Load Interface Import" Process BAI2 Format Bank Statements

We have also tried File Import, then loading it from Cash Management and get same error.

oracle.apps.financials.payments.shared.inboundFile.controlService.applicationModule.ControlAMImpl::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-CE:::CE_BS_FILE_PARSE_ERROR: CE-660228 An error occurred while processing the data file. Check the log file, purge the error, correct the data file, and reprocess it.
