PRC:PON:Save For Later - Supplier Notification (Doc ID 2485401.1)

Goal

When the supplier enters response on an open RFQ he has an option to "Save for later".
After clicking on it the response is in "Draft" status.

Questions:

1. Manage/edit "Draft" => The only way a supplier can find a draft is through "Manage responses". Their user can see a draft response bu there isn't an "Edit" draft, "Manage" draft option.                                                                                                                                                          The supplier has to click on negotiation, then on "Create response" (he already created a draft which he wants to continue). The system enters in the previous draft. When submits the response there is a warning that user can only submit one response even when there are previous responses.
Is there an edit draft button in planning?
Is there a way to change that warning that only one response can be submitted


2. Save for later => does this option send a notification to supplier with a link to the saved draft so user can continue later? (function like with supplier registration where supplier saves registration for later and gets an email with a link to continue registration)
