Oracle Managed DIPC Session Timeouts Occur for EDQ Connections (Doc ID 2485669.1)

Data Integration Platform Cloud Classic (DIPC Classic or DIPC-C) was formerly known as Data Integration Platform Cloud (DIPC). Within the Oracle-managed Data Integration Platform Cloud (ADIPC) on OCI, session timeouts occur for Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) connections within 10 seconds.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Log onto the DIPC instance.
2. DIPC console works correctly and normal tasks can be performed.
3. However, the EDQ designer turns red after 10 seconds due to a timeout.
