On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Manage Benefits
When attempting to process any life events, the following error occurs.
ERROR

The participation process retrieved no compensation objects based on the selection criteria that you specified. (BEN-990038)
This error occurred in the BUILD_COMP_OBJECT_LIST procedure within the BEN_COMP_OBJECT_LIST package. Revise the participation process parameters by setting an appropriate effective date or making the filter criteria less restrictive.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to benefits as employee
2. Attempt to make changes to life event
3. Receive error
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This is not allowing for some employees to enroll in benefits.
